We were so lucky to get to spend the day with Frank, Michelle and their beautiful family last weekend for their spring wedding at the Revere Hotel right in downtown Boston. Michelle and Frank had the honor of being the very first wedding to take place in the Revere Hotel’s Space 57!
We spent the afternoon with the couple getting ready at their brownstone home in Boston’s South End. The roof deck above their house was a perfect place for some photos of the couple, with a breathtaking view of Boston as the background!
We walked to a nearby park for formal wedding pictures with Michelle, Frank, and their wedding party — which included their four wonderful children — and the warm, sunny spring weather held out all afternoon.
Before heading off to the ceremony, Michelle, Frank, and the kids wanted to stop for a few minutes in the street’s crosswalk for some classic “Abby Road” shots! We snapped a few more pictures outside the brownstone with the family before heading into The Revere Hotel for the wedding.
The ceremony took place on the upper level of Space 57, the hotel’s new function and event venue. The decor was clean and elegant, with clear ghost chairs for guests and large white branch arrangements on either side of the altar.
After the ceremony, guests were moved into the outer foyer for cocktails while Space 57 was transformed for the reception. MAX Ultimate Food not only provided all of the catering, but planned the entire event from the ground up. Guests enjoyed beautiful passed hors d’oeuvres like mini spring rolls, and push-up caprese salads. 
The normally black Space 57 was transformed into a stunning reception space, with ghost ballroom chairs and clear table tops. Towering floral centerpieces from Carlos Colon of Columbine Floral stood out in beautiful white vases. A textured lighting pattern from Suzanne B. Lowell filled the entire space, with towers of purple uplighting surrounding the walls. The team at MAX Ultimate even brought in a custom chandelier to hang over the black dance floor.
After an evening of dancing to the sounds of Beantown and celebrating this wonderful couple, trays of mini desserts were served as late night snacks. We adored working with this couple, and getting the chance to meet all of their friends and family. Congratulations Michelle and Frank, thank you for letting us be a part of your fun and glamorous wedding day!
