We loved the classic Cape Cod feeling of this wedding — with blue and white flowers and decor, lobster escort cards, and decorative blue anchor emblems popping up in the details. Maggie wore a classic strapless wedding gown and carried a beautiful white bouquet, and Perry matched perfectly in a dark navy suit coat and light blue tie.

We took the couple out to the beach to have their “first look” at each other, and stayed for a while to get some ¬†seaside wedding portraits before the ceremony began. We were joined by the couple’s bridal party and family for some formal portraits on the beach, then headed back up to the Wychmere Beach Club to begin the wedding.

The ceremony itself took place outside on the Wychmere Beach Club lawn, beautifully overlooking the ocean. We snuck away with the bride and groom as soon as the ceremony was finished, so they could make their grand entrance to cocktail hour on a sailboat!

The wedding reception took place in the Wychmere Beach Club Harbor Room, with a breathtaking view of the harbor and sailboats right outside the windows. Tables were covered in simple white linens with beautiful low arrangements of blue and white flowers. Table numbers were displayed in traditional bundles of boating rope, and guests wrote messages on seashells and beach stones for Maggie + Perry instead of filling out a guest book.

Maggie + Perry’s beautiful Wychmere Beach Club wedding was the perfect way to kick off the seaside summer wedding season! There’s nothing like getting away from the city for a classic Cape Cod wedding, and we loved all the nautical details. Thank you to the entire Longwood Events team at the Wychmere Beach Club for being so wonderful to work with, and congratulations Maggie + Perry!
