One of our absolutely favorite things to do is to be able to give back to those in the Boston wedding industry who have continuously supported us throughout the years. Now that spring has finally arrived and before the start of the wedding season we decided to celebrate a with a dinner party and could not be more thrilled with how perfect the evening turned out.
We asked our dear friend Amy Kimball (owner of Amy Kimball Events) to once again help us plan this celebration as she has done in the past. With so many of our talented friends in the industry, she was able to put this unforgettable evening together.
As guests arrived, they were greeted with a ‘champagne’ escort card and cocktail hour with Champy by Jenny Johnson. Dinner followed and was a five-course tasting menu and wine pairing by Capers Catering. Dinner was followed by gold brushed individual wedding cakes from Jenny’s Wedding Cakes.
For the decor, 17 white Murano glass chandeliers from Suzanne B. Lowell Lighting were hung dramatically low lining the 70 feel of black, crocodile leather tables and silver chrome chairs from Reserve Modern Event Rental who provided all the rentals. 1,500 white tulips tightly hedged in 65 feet of boxwood created by Dana Markos Events played perfectly off the white chandeliers. Our photography was showcased on a 30 food wall canvas and the door images by ICL Imaging framing the entire event. As dinner was taking place, the Valinor Quartet (Music Management) played and added the perfect touch to the warmth of the atmosphere.
